We do not generally accept returns, refunds, or exchanges merely because of:

14. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO FOR PRODUCT CLAIMS
For claims involving:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged products
- Missing items
- Incorrect products
- Incorrect quantities
customers must provide a complete, continuous, clear, and unedited parcel-opening/unboxing video, subject to applicable law.
The recording should begin before the parcel is opened and clearly show:
- Shipping label
- Sealed parcel
- Opening process
- Package contents
- Product condition
- Claimed issue
Videos containing cuts, edits, interruptions, or recordings started after the parcel was opened may not be accepted as sufficient evidence.
Where legally permitted, failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. CUSTOMIZED & PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Customized, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, or made-to-order products may be produced specifically for an individual customer.
Once production or customization has started, such orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange except where:
- A verified manufacturing defect exists
- A product materially differs from the confirmed customization
- Applicable law requires otherwise
Customers are responsible for carefully checking customization details before confirming an order.
16. CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES
If you need to request an order cancellation or modification, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that a cancellation or modification will be possible once an order has entered:
- Production
- Customization
- Processing
- Packing
- Dispatch
Orders already shipped generally cannot be cancelled as an ordinary pre-dispatch cancellation.
Any cancellation rights required under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
17. JEWELLERY CARE & NORMAL WEAR
Jewellery requires appropriate care.
Depending on the product, exposure to the following may affect appearance or longevity:

- Perfume
- Cosmetics
- Chemicals
- Cleaning agents
- Sweat
- Excessive moisture
- Abrasion
- Impact
- Improper storage
Natural wear, fading, scratches, tarnishing, plating changes, or damage caused by use, chemicals, improper storage, accidents, or external factors are not automatically considered manufacturing defects.

- Graphics
- Designs
- Videos
- Website layouts

is owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by Aamira Lab and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, commercially exploit, or misuse protected content without appropriate authorization.
